- Proven experience in a similar talent management or recruitment role.
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple departments.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Exceptional interviewing skills with the ability to identify potential flags.
- Experience with using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of emotional intelligence and understanding of people's psychology.
- Strong work ethic and drive, aligned with our company culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
