Working Pattern: 30 hours, would consider less, 4 days, 7.5 hours each, Weekdays 0830 -1630
Role / Requirements:
- This post is as part of the community therapy team (OTs, Physios, Rehab Assistants) providing a rehab service to patients in North Hampshire treating a range of problems related to Elderly care, Falls, Orthopaedic, long term conditions and Palliative care.
- Possess a current driving license and have ac-cess to a car for work purposes.
- Previous community experience is preferred.
- The flexible worker will be responsible for managing their own caseload.
