Learning and Development Administrator
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday)

Our client is seeking is seeking an administrator to support their re Human Resources team in the administration of Learning and Development activities. You'll play a key part in coordinating professional development, mandatory training, and internal training programmes.
**Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Administration
- Organise external training bookings
- Administer personal development programmes
- Capture, report, and analyse Learning and Development data and metrics
- Coordinate training days and events
- Support the administration of professional study programmes
- Maintain internal systems and platforms (e.g., Focal Point)
- Manage inboxes and respond to enquiries as the first point of contact
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects
- Carry out other duties as required
**Person Specification:
Education & Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong standard of Maths and English
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, solution-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience in a HR environment
- Background in accountancy or professional services
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as HiBob
