Learning and Development Business Partner(45-50k per annum)l
My market-leading client is on the search for a learning and development professional specializing in Positive Behaviour support, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs that empower their employees to implement PBS strategies effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clinical teams, support staff, and leadership, to ensure that our PBS practices are consistently applied and aligned with the latest research and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and address learning needs.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support for staff.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as needed
- Stay updated on PBS trends and integrate them into training.
- Design and deliver PBS-focused training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources or related field; Master's preferred.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Certification in PBS or ABA is a plus.
- 3 years experience in a Training and Development role within healthcare
