We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a Private Equity Firm based in South Kensington. This is a hybrid role and will be paying up to 42k. This position is for experienced Team Assistants who are immediately available for a 12 month contract.
The role
- Extensive diary management
- Organising national and international travel arrangements
- Monthly reconciliation of the expenses
- Preparing team documents
- Greeting guests and organising lunches and refreshments for meetings
