Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our client on a?temporary basis at their premises in the South of Glasgow.
You will be focused on consistently creating a 5-star customer experience and will provide approachable and assured customer service.
This role will ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced front facing role in either a corporate/luxury hotel or showroom environment.
Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
A typical day:-
- Switchboard management - answering calls as the first point of contact
- Booking in customers & dealing with customer enquiries
- Ensuring the both the diary and customer database are kept up to date
- Liaising with the workshop staff/suppliers and updating customers when necessary
We would love to speak to candidates who have: -
- Impeccable telephone skills & previous front of house experience
- Are smart and well presented
- Experience of calendar management and bookings.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Ms office
