An excellent opportunity to join a global law firm at a time of growth in the revenue and credit control team . The Credit Controller will play a pivotal role in collecting current and aged debts, liaising with a broad range of stakeholders including senior lawyers, billing colleagues and PA's. The role is fully remote.
The role:
- Collecting aged debts via email and telephone
- Build effective relationships with lawyers and colleagues
- Being proactive, attending meetings and supporting lawyers with strategies to collect challenging debts.
- Resolving problems and thinking quickly
- Liaise with international billing and revenue control teams
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in credit control within a law firm or professional services firm
- MS office skills
- Knowledge of Elite accounting system is advantageous
- Excellent written and communication skills with stakeholders at a all levels of seniority
