Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the eCommerce annual strategy to meet revenue and brand goals.
- Plan exclusive promotions, balancing revenue and profitability.
- Enhance customer experience and establish the site as a top shopping destination.
- Lead creative agencies in executing e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyse performance and innovate to improve consumer interactions and team processes.
- Manage P&L, including sales forecasting and inventory analysis.
- Ensure an exceptional online customer experience and operational efficiency.
Who You Are:
- Degree-educated professional with a strong grasp of financial reporting and sales in the consumer goods industry.
- Experience working in an end-to-end eCommerce, revenue generating role.
- Skilled in cross-functional team facilitation and matrixed organisation navigation.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in ROI modeling
- A problem-solver with excellent communication and data presentation skills.
