Pastoral Support Assistant Wandsworth

Posted by Empowering Learning.

Are you passionate about supporting the well-being and personal development of secondary school students? Do you have a heart for mentorship and guiding young individuals toward success?

Your local school needs your help. These days we hear a lot over the news about how badly the youth community is acting with awful gang violence and weapon carrying.

It takes a community to help with this issue which is why I am posting this job advert for people who can communicate with the secondary-age pupils who are close to them and ideally guide them into further education.

The aim is to get influencers within the schools and not on their phones. Build confidence within them to aspire and achieve. If this is a job ad that you think you can do then please get in touch.
