Job Title: Solutions Billing Executive

Position Overview: As a Solutions Billing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the monthly invoice runs for annuity services. You'll collaborate closely with the Business Solutions and Services Team, Finance, and Sales to ensure accurate billing, efficient processes, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and invoice annuity platforms.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to billing.
  • Handle bespoke invoicing requirements for specific customers.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding invoicing and reports.
  • Work closely with the IT supply chain for recurring billing oversight.
  • Address billing disputes with suppliers.
  • Maintain proficiency on tools and applications for invoicing.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of IT concepts.
  • Review current billing processes and identify efficiencies.
  • Assist with reporting on Solution and Service orders to prevent backlogs.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Finance and Business Solutions & Services.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and numerical analysis.
