Are you passionate about creating thriving communities and supporting residents to live in safe, enjoyable environments? A Bristol based Housing Association is seeking an ASB Officer to play a vital role in proactively delivering exceptional housing management services and working collaboratively with customers and partners to tackle challenging neighbourhood issues.

In this contract role, you will represent the organistaion while preparing paperwork for court and dealing with anti-social behavior (ASB) cases. As an ASB Officer, you will be responsible for driving resident satisfaction by effectively resolving neighbourhood issues and promoting sustainable communities.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of plans for successful resolution of neighbourhood issues
  • Maintain proactive and preventative solutions to develop sustainable neighbourhoods
  • Provide regular advice to residents via various communication channels on ASB and nuisance issues

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase resident satisfaction by proactively addressing difficult neighbourhood issues, including ASB
  • Respond to reports of ASB in accordance with their policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to develop and deliver action plans for successful resolution
  • Ensure those reporting neighbourhood issues feel informed and supported
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to enhance service delivery

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior experience in ASB management
  • Proficient in preparing paperwork for court
  • Ability to represent at court

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Certification in housing management or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations related to ASB of the importance of diversity and inclusivity in community support and engagement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to organizational changes and participate in continuous learning and development activities.
