Permanent Opportunity: IT Operations Resilience Analyst
My client, a Not for Profit organisation in Central London is recruiting for an IT Operations Resilience Analyst to join the organisation on a permanent basis.
Location: Central London (hybrid)
Salary: £49,000 - £55,000 + Excellent benefits
The IT Operations Resilience Analyst will:
- Manage security incidents and support crisis resolution
- Develop and maintain technical resilience programs (security tools, training)
- Implement security controls and procedures
- Conduct security testing and training
- Improve staff knowledge of security best practices
- Work with IT Helpdesk to ensure efficient incident management
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure secure deployments
- Report to senior management
- Liaise with suppliers and 3rd party providers
The IT Operations Resilience Analyst will have the following skills:
- Information security controls and tools
- IT operational security
- Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Project management
The IT Operations Resilience Analyst must have:
- Experience supporting and implementing security controls
- Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
