Description
- Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
- Settling all outstanding creditors in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all invoices are coded and posted correctly.
- Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger.
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Processing business expense returns and staff outlays.
- Checking supplier statements to ensure all is up to date and filed correctly.
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.

- Be confident with the duties listed above.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Offer
Salary up to £27,000 per annum + permanent position + hybrid working offered + central Newcastle location + excellent staff benefits + study support + bonus potential.
