This is a permanent role for a Finance Manager, whose primary duty will be to oversee the accounting and finance department within a dynamic FMCG company based in Windsor.

Description
The Finance Manager based in Windsor will:
- Handle invoicing, debit/credit notes, pricing discipline
- Shop sales accounting, shop collections, tracking & accounting of credit card receipts & internet payment receipts
- Handling purchase accounting, payments
- Issue of debit notes for pricing errors, if any
- Accounting & processing all expenses bills for payments - Office OH, A&P, employee claims, warehousing, freight etc
- Salary accounting & employee re-imbursements
- Provisioning for expenses in line with group norms
- Accounting & capitalization of fixed assets, if any & periodic depreciation entries
- Cash Management, bank reconciliation
- Quarterly VAT returns in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of FCPA /UK anti-bribery, Health and Safety act
- Monthly and Quarterly close of Books of Accounts
- Prepare Daily, weekly, Monthly and Quarterly MIS related to Business
- Responsible of monthly/quarterly/annual closing the books and reporting
- Responsible for statutory audits and filing of returns including tax returns
- Ensure hygiene of books on a continuous basis
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting software and administration systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Competency in ethical behaviour and decision-making
