Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage client accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Use SAGE software to assist administration duties.
  • Engage with clients through phone and email. Ensure all client interactions are handled with care and professionalism and that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and projects. Ensure all logistical arrangements are handled efficiently, and all parties are well-prepared.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all client interactions, transactions, and communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using SAGE software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload efficiently.
