Our rurally-based client near to Banbury, are looking to recruit an experienced office administrator on a temporary basis, to help their small team for the next couple of months.
General duties will include;
- Taking orders over the telephone and by email, processing orders on their CRM system.
- Booking deliveries for customers and liaising with the drivers.
- Uploading of invoices to accounting software.
- General administrative support to the team.
We are therefore looking for someone who has similar experience in an office-based administration role, a good telephone manner, and able to help with any general office duty. Good IT skills required (MS Office), and own transport due to office location.
Hours of work are 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (Office-Based).
