JOB TITLE: Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Immediate Start
LOCATION: Cheddar, moving to Bridgwater in July 2024
HOURLY RATE: up to £12.30 per hour
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am till 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Update customer account details in the database
- Manage new customer accounts
- Despatch orders promptly
- Assist with invoicing and pricing enquiries
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Complete filing and scanning tasks
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required
