LOCATION: Cheddar, moving to Bridgwater in July 2024

HOURLY RATE: up to £12.30 per hour

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am till 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Update customer account details in the database
  • Manage new customer accounts
  • Despatch orders promptly
  • Assist with invoicing and pricing enquiries
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Complete filing and scanning tasks
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as required
