Working with the Principal this role offers the opportunity to play an integral role in the development of the new business ventures as well heading up the business and private support. You will be working in a high functioning, creative and dedicated team at a time of growth and diversification so you will need to have a solution seeking mindset and be very happy with detail - being able to see the wood and the trees!
The role will be based in office with weekly strategy meeting with the Principal and a great team to help bring the ideas into fruition. You will need to be a natural leader; working with and bringing together the family office and home-based teams to create the desired outcomes. This includes working with the investment teams on new projects and ventures. Working with the private EAs on projects such as the private and business property portfolios. You will manage the office and work to develop your team to take on and run the various new emerging enterprises as they come to maturity over the next 5-10 years. Alongside the exciting projects and development of the business you will work on more personal aspects including HR, property management, budget management and business support. This would work well for someone who has a forensic eye for detail but who can also think outside of the box. You'd also benefit from being a completer/finisher who can see the long-term vision.
The Principal is direct, ambitious, highly creative and a business minded entrepreneur. They run to their own schedule but are very passionate about the next steps for their brand and the family office as they move into a new stage in their own career.
