CSP Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Bendi/FLEXI FLT DRIVERS to join our team in Normanton, WF6. The purpose of this role is to provide accurate and prompt picking, packing, and dispatch of the depot Warehouse goods. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for completing various warehouse tasks, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency at all times. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist in maintaining the overall efficiency and success of the warehouse.
*** Please note an Flexi/Bendi Licence is mandatory for this role ***
Shifts available:
1. Day Shift:
- Hours: 6am till 6pm, 4 ON 4 OFF
- Hourly Rate: £13ph Monday to Friday/ £26ph Saturday & Sunday
2. Night Shift:
- Hours: 6pm till 6am, 4 ON 4 OFF
- Hourly Rate: £13.50ph Monday to Friday/ £27ph Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Flexi/ Bendi trucks to transport goods within the warehouse facility
- Load and unload materials onto Flexi/ Bendi trucks using appropriate equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and stacking of goods
- Conduct regular inspections of Flexi/ Bendi trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while operating the equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily operational targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flexi/ Bendi or in a similar role
- Valid FLEXI/ Bendi truck license/certification (can be in -house licence)
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
