About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Handlers to join our team in Belfast. This is a part-time, on-site position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.58. The role involves managing high volumes of calls, with flexible shifts scheduled across the week, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Must pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
