Customer Support & Sales Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join a fast-paced team in support of a new product launch. You will be assisting the internal sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within their office in Thame, with the added benefit of one day per week working from home.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to the Internal Sales Team

  • Dealing with requests from Account Managers, Dealers and Customers
  • Responding to customers and partners within SLAs via email and telephone
  • Providing support for new and existing dealers
  • Ensuring all policy information is correct and up to date
  • Ensuring dealer accounts are up to date and correct
  • Managing several administrative systems
  • Assisting Account Managers with any administrative and system issues
  • Updating CRM information as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration skills - we are looking for an organised candidate who can suggest improvements to administrative processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Teamwork - being part of a team and working in a collaborative way with others
  • Confident speaking to customers over the telephone
  • Enthusiastic manner and ability to work under pressure
