Monday to Friday - 40 hours / week

Salary: £28,000

They're looking for a talented & outgoing

Barista to join their "in House" support team of Baristas

working across diverse, high volume Retail Coffee Shops & Restaurants and strive in exceeding expectations and providing first class customer services.

  • The sites and coffee retail operations can be busy and no day being the same, therefore you must be adaptable & positive and able to work effectively, high volumes in the mornings, to deliver specialty coffee whilst maintaining high standards.
  • As a Barista, you will perform the role of float where & when required, taking responsibility for upholding brand standards, and support the team on "everything there is to know about coffee", as well as responding to customer enquiries and deal effectively to questions and feedback.

Barista's are the face of the business, your friendly approach and willingness to provide a fantastic service at all times is what will make you an integral part of the team.

We are looking for a Barista who has more than a passion for great coffee, you need to literally have it running through your veins!

Barista requirements

Proven background in high volume cafes or coffee shops and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able demonstrate the requisite barista skills using a manual espresso machine.

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

Knowledge of Traditional Machines.

Good organisation skills.

Reliable and able to work well within a team.
