Day to Day of the Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching to full-time students aged 16-18 in the field of Plumbing.
- Engage and inspire students through practical and theoretical instruction.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of course materials.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Commit to personal professional development and participate in training as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable expertise and experience in Plumbing.
- Motivated by helping others learn and committed to making a difference in students' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Willingness to work towards the Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET) within the first year of joining the college, if not already qualified.
