We are working with a fantastic SaaS company to find them an experienced and hard-working Business Manager. Our client are specialists in Microsoft technologies, focused on creating custom CRM systems and business solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The team is driven by values of accountability, collaboration, and excellence which work together to design, develop, and support tailored solutions. This fantastic client is pushing technological boundaries and building strong partnerships that help their clients succeed.

They are looking for a proactive and adaptable Business Manager to oversee daily operations during a period of growth. This role is key in enhancing operational efficiency and offers significant professional development. Responsibilities include providing administrative support across departments, managing office and technology needs, ensuring compliance, and handling HR administration.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage diaries and schedules for key stakeholders, ensuring productive meetings with clear agendas.
  • Take meeting notes, track actions, and ensure accountability.
  • Maintain compliance in document storage and keep the CRM updated.
  • Prepare materials for leadership and company-wide meetings.
  • Handle NDAs and partnership agreements.
  • Support company objectives and EDI initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and share monthly reports.
  • Manage office operations, including cleanliness, space planning, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee office technology, coordinating with IT for maintenance and upgrades.
  • Support HR administration, including onboarding, employee engagement, and policy updates.
  • Assist with leave management, recruitment, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek continuous improvement.
  • Solution-oriented, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Demonstrated success in business management, office management, HR/recruitment, executive assistance, or operational roles.
  • Experience in a technology-focused business, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, is a plus.
