Project Engineer

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join a leading EfW company based in Surrey as a Project Engineer. Our client is seeking someone who has at least two years project engineering experience, with exposure to process engineering projects such as Renewables, Energy, Petrochemical, Water, Oil & Gas (large industrial scale).

The role will assist in the development of technical requirements for project through the development, design and construction phase. You'll be involved in the project from the planning phase, through construction and commissioning, right the way through to handover of the project to the operations team.

Other Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating multiple construction-related activities simultaneously such as planning designs, evaluating technical specifications & preparing cost estimates among others
- Ensuring optimal utilization levels including labor resources/materials/equipment according to budgets/ schedules etc
- Maintaining accurate documentation regarding design plans/specifications/cost projections/orders placed by vendors/subcontractors/field personnel

Engineering background:
- Engineering Qualification & background - Civil/ Mech or Elec/ Process would be ideal
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience in Project Engineering
- Exposure to Process Engineering Industries

Project Management Skills:
The ability to manage complex tasks on tight timelines while ensuring all stakeholders remain informed throughout the entire lifecycle of each project.
Excellent Communication Capabilities
Report writing - will write concise reports/ documents on subjects outside their area of expertise
You should have excellent problem-solving abilities along with analytical thinking capabilities
