Role: Account Executive
Location: Gloustershire (Hybrid, one day a week in office)
Salary: up to £45,000 + Car allowance + great bonus

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Develop new business
- Analyze client's insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of various insurance products and services
Day-to-day
- Communicating with clients and underwriters
- Researching and analyzing insurance options
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities
