Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a client in Yarm on the appointment of an Accounts Clerk to cover a period of 6 months.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Maintain records of outstanding payments
- Ensure the accuracy of an organisation's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Clerical records
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
- Processing of invoices and client quotes
