Your new role

Reporting to an HR Business Partner, this role will provide comprehensive, confidential HR and recruitment support to the team, building strong relationships with both the employees and the management team to support the achievement of the company vision and values.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support ER casework as required
  • Support recruitment process by maintaining all job advertisements on ATS and internal notice board whilst managing applications
  • Shortlisting and interviewing candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with all levels of management team
  • Ensure all personal files and the HR system is constantly maintained with updated information
  • Take ownership of onboarding process for new starters from recruitment to first day
  • Processing new starter contracts, accommodation arrangements and uniform requirements

This is a full-time, office-based role working within Leisure and Hospitality.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience of working in a similar HR / People role or as part of a HR function (HR administration / recruitment), ideally with a CIPD qualification (Level 3 minimum). Some time spent working in Leisure and Hospitality, Retail or a similar customer-facing industry is essential.

This opportunity will suit someone who thinks and acts in a goal-orientated manner and is able to prioritise tasks. You should be a confident person who is passionate about your work and communication with colleagues. A keen eye for detail, good organisational skills and a flexible attitude are also important.

What you'll get in return
