Finance Officer

The International Finance Officer will support key financial operations by inputting operational transactions into financial systems, maintaining accurate accounting records, and performing necessary controls and reconciliations. You will assist in producing management reports, ensure compliance with donor requirements, and play a key role in year-end audits and administrative processes

Description

Your key duties will include:

  • Ensure accurate budget processing, invoicing, and donor refunds.
  • Perform reconciliations for global projects and donor accounts
  • Support project setup, fund transfers, and documentation management.
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations, reporting, and year-end audit preparation
  • Test finance-related processes in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies.

Profile

As an International Finance Officer you will need:

  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance and studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW would be advantageous
  • Strong Excel skills and experience in designing and manipulating reports
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex financial information
  • Business acumen and experience with accounting systems is desirable

Job Offer

  • Monday - Friday 35 hours per week
  • Weekly pay while on temporary contract
  • 2 days in the office, 3 days working from
