Marketing Communications Manager

Opportunity at renowned wealth manager in a collaborative marketing team that fosters growth and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role is responsible for overseeing client and investment communications, internal marketing efforts, client engagement strategies, and the creation of marketing materials.

Key Duties of Marketing Communications Manager:

  • Partner with the Head of Communications and Investment Wirter to manage external investment communications
  • Lead the production of client article for the weekly client update, ensuring it is relevant, accurate, and well-composed.
  • Ensure all communications comply with regulatory standards, coordinating with Compliance for necessary approvals.
  • Manage the company intranet, handling content updates, creating new pages, and driving initiatives to boost employee engagement.
  • Act as the marketing point person for internal communication projects as needed.
  • Support the development and execution of external client communications, including surveys, focus groups, and important updates.
  • Oversee the DDQ and RFP processes.
  • Plan and implement the company's award strategy, including writing and submitting entries, and working with the PR agency for strategy input.
  • Develop new marketing collateral, such as brochures and reports, managing copywriting, design, and coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications required of Marketing Communications Manager:

  • Experienced working within investment/wealth management
  • Experience in a communications or marketing role with a focus on copywriting is preferred.
  • Experienced in writing reports and delivering presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and focused on meeting the needs of clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels.
  • Proactive with strong management and communication capabilities.
  • A relevant degree or industry certification (e.g., IMC) is advantageous.
