This is a full-time permanent position based within their head office in Northampton.

Architectural Technician: Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for running multiple projects at a time
- Provide architectural design input
- You will need to be proficient in Revit
- Project planning
- Ensure all documents are completed and filed correctly
- Ensure all accreditations are maintained
- Ensure the business is meeting the standards needed to comply with the quality management systems
- Coordination between external consultants and the in-house design team
- Ensure that all subcontracted work is carried out correctly and to a high standard
Architectural Technician: Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years' experience running multiple projects
- You will need to be proficient in Revit
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Confident using BIM
