Description
The Finance Assistant will:
- Assist with bank transactions/reconciliations
- Ensure that all sale invoices are raised accurately and timely
- Ensure debtors are settled within agreed payment terms
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts
- Raise purchase orders and ensure they are processed accurately and on time
- Process cash expenses and reconcile credit card expenses
Profile
The Finance Assistant will be/have:
- Previous Finance/Administration experience
- Computer literate with good Excel skills and knowledge of a Finance system/s
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Immediate availability
