If you are a Company Secretary who is looking for a role with a difference then this unique opening with a very established firm of Accountants could be right for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Completing company secretarial work for a wide range of SME Limited Companies
- Dealing with Company formations, Company name changes and changes in Company Articles
- Processing the issue of shares, changes in Directors, Company Secretaries or Company status
- Completing corporation tax returns and submitting electronic tax returns at year-end
- Processing payrolls for clients and submitting RTI monthly and annual returns to HMRC
- Submitting annual accounts for all Limited Companies including dormant Companies managed
