In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of all facilities management services within a School Estate. You will ensure that the school is well maintained, safe and secure for all users.
The ideal candidate will come from a background in facilities / estates / site management. You will have a current certificate in IOSH, NEBOSH, or a similar level of health and safety qualification. You must live within a 30 minute drive of Ashford, Surrey.

The Role:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of all facilities management services within a School Estate

The Person:
- Current certificate in IOSH, NEBOSH or a similar level of health and safety qualification
- Experience within a facilities / estates / site management role or similar
- Must have a Driver's license and be based within a 30 minute drive of Ashford, Surrey, as you will be responsible for the intruder alarm and might need to occasionally lock up
