Personal Assistant - private equity

A top boutique private equity firm is looking for a superstar Personal Assistant to join them on a temporary to permanent basis, with an immediate start. They need someone who has previously worked in PE/VC, hedge fund or boutique finance as it is a fast-paced environment, with a high workload. The role is supporting the investment and portfolio team.

They are happy to offer up to £60,000 per annum for the right person. They need someone highly competent, experienced and professional. They're a fantastic team to be part of and this is a great opportunity.

The role is hybrid - 4 days in the office each week, apart from 1 week per month. Hours are 9am-6pm and they are based in the West End.

What you'll do:

  • Managing multiple diaries from executives to partners
  • Organising internal and external meetings
  • Assisting with preparation of presentations, reports, letters and memos
  • Organising international travel arrangements
  • Expenses management
  • Keeping CRM database up to date
  • Work on ad hoc projects and tasks
  • Annual leave cover for other assistants

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in a PA/EA role at a VC/PE/hedge fund or boutique financial services firm - at least 3 years' experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication - written and verbal
  • Ability to make arrangements with short deadlines and work in fast paced environment
  • Manage a high workload, with the ability to work proactively and juggle multiple priorities
  • A team player – friendly and approachable
  • Confident communicating and working with senior members of the team
