I am supporting a fantastic utilities company based in Exeter who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for logging incidents using ITIL, be the first point of contact in resolving IT issues through their self raised IT portal. Build and Configure IT hardware and equipment and when required escalate Incidents.
They are after experience with
