We are currently recruiting for a luxury British brand who are looking to hire a ROW & LATAM Account Manager. As their ROW LATAM Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their international growth by developing strategic go-to-market plans, managing distribution partners, and increasing brand awareness these markets. Their market channels include direct-to-consumer, wholesale, agents, agencies, and distributors, ensuring a consistent approach in reaching consumers through premium retail partnerships.

As the ROW & LATAM Account Manager, you will devise and execute strategic go-to-market plans for various countries, focusing on both short- and mid-term opportunities while meeting annual budget targets for your region. You will evaluate current distributors, identify new partners, and collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to expand their international presence sustainably.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement international distribution strategies that align with brand objectives.
Regional Growth: Drive sustainable long-term growth and increase brand awareness in the assigned region.
Distribution Assessment: Review and optimise the performance of current distribution partners to ensure they meet the brand's premium standards.
Market Analysis: Identify priority areas and conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategies, including potential distributor options.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Create and manage forecasts and budgets for your region, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain strategic business plans and marketing strategies with distribution partners.
Marketing Initiatives: Identify and implement region-specific marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Travel & Relationship Building: Travel to various regions to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Inventory Management: Work with partners to ensure effective inventory planning, reducing dependency on central warehouse stock.
Compliance & Quality Control: Maintain brand integrity and premium positioning across all partners and regions.
Product Launches: Present new collections to distributors in an engaging manner.
Cross-Border Management: Oversee international cross-border trading and compliance with regional legal requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Prior experience with regional or junior account manager role, with extensive experience managing international distributors in LATAM territories.
Languages: Proficiency in English, with additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese being advantageous.
Strategic Expertise: Ability to develop and present comprehensive go-to-market strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Commercial Insight: Strong commercial skills, including pricing strategy and market analysis.
Brand Awareness: Deep understanding of brand building and long-term strategic decision-making.
Research Skills: Proficient in market research, identifying distribution partners, and conducting SWOT analysis.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organisational Skills: Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Customer Focus: Strong client-focused approach with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects and negotiating distribution agreements.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of and sensitivity to global cultural differences.
