A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a premium food business manufacturing high quality products to a multitude of major retail and foodservice customers across the UK and Europe.

Due to the business' continued growth they seek to recruit a dynamic, driven Commercial Manager to drive forward the Foodservice & B2B channel.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for;

  • Managing the commercial relationship with a portfolio of B2B & Foodservice Accounts
  • Delivering sales, profit and overhead targets as well initiating and implementing sales strategies to grow and build on the existing accounts.
  • Delivering profitable growth through the development of innovative promotions, comprehensive category initiatives and effective account planning
  • Securing new business opportunities within targeted sectors

The Person;

  • You will have previous experience and knowledge gained of managing and driving growth of Foodservice & B2B accounts within the food industry
  • Experience of working with chilled products is essential
  • NPD knowledge and a track record of developing new ranges of products for the foodservice channel
  • Able to demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation ability, you will thrive on dealing with customers at all levels.
