An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Marketing & Brand Manager to join a leading events venue group. This role is perfect for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional with a passion for delivering high-impact campaigns and brand experiences in the hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors.

The Role

This is a hands-on, strategic position that combines multi-channel campaign management, brand development, and communications leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer engagement, boosting brand visibility, and supporting the successful launch of new venues across a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling, ROI-driven content.
  • Analyse campaign performance to optimise future strategies.
  • Support the visibility and success of new venue launches.

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across digital, print, and in-person channels.
  • Plan and promote sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations with measurable outcomes.

Communications & PR

  • Manage communications across internal teams, stakeholders, and local communities.
  • Oversee PR agency relationships, press releases, and media outreach.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategies.
  • Report on campaign performance and key metrics to leadership teams.

Compliance & Operational Standards

  • Ensure marketing practices align with brand standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Optimise spend and protect brand integrity through strategic budgeting and planning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • At least 3 years' experience in a marketing or brand role within hospitality, retail, or leisure.
  • Proven success in campaign and project management.
  • A creative and data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external agencies.
