Job Purpose
- Overseeing audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Preparation of accounts
- Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels to progress assignments and resolve queries
- Supervising junior staff, including reviewing work and delivering training
- Building trusted client relationships, acting as their main point of contact to proactively handle queries
- Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible
- Working directly with Managers to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant
- ACA / ACCA qualified, part qualified or currently studying
- Demonstrable experience within UK practice
- Proven track record of overseeing audits from planning to completion
- A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a hands-on work ethic
- IT proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAGE, Xero and QuickBooks
- Exceptional communication skills and keen eye for detail
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen
- A can-do attitude towards problem-solving
- Ability to work well under pressure
