The Role: As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
- Conducting title investigations and drafting legal documents.

Candidate Requirements:
