We are working closely with a prestigious private training provider who are looking to recruit a permanent Commercial Trainer/Assessor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a reputation for excellence and professional growth.
You will be responsible for delivering a caseload made up of Business Administration (Levels 2 & 3) and Management (Levels 3 and 5) apprentices.
It is a hybrid role with the majority of delivery being remote. There will be a little face to face delivery (in and around the North West) when observations are needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant assessing qualification e.g. TAQA, CAVA, A1 assessor...
- The ability to manage a caseload of learners
- A deep understanding of the apprenticeship levy.
- Previous experience with E portfolio systems such as Onefile, Smart Assessor....- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Level 5 management qualification of some kind
- Experience delivering both Business Administration and Management
