The Job
As a Paid Media Performance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for their clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various paid media channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum performance.
As a Paid Media Performance Lead, you report to the Head of Digital and will manage the team's Paid Social & PPC Managers.

- Foster a collaborative mindset by working with internal and external stakeholders for cohesive campaigns.
- Be commercially and creatively driven, promoting the agency products and services when appropriate.
- Stay updated on social media platforms and trends, with expertise in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Possess strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and insights.
- Demonstrate expertise in paid media channels, advertising technology, and adapting to new tools and trends.
