Our client is seeking a Communications & Marketing Manager to join their growing team and become and tell their exciting story. Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and refining a communications and marketing strategy.
  • Identifying and cultivating impactful narratives, producing written content that highlights our priorities and story.
  • Taking charge of completing personal objectives and tasks.
  • Managing project budgets, resources, and stakeholder relations.
  • Delivering a dependable external relations service that safeguards and improves the organisation's reputation.
  • Translating our purpose, values, and wider goals into engaging internal communications campaigns and materials that educate and inspire our staff.
  • Creating compelling Business Development (BD) and marketing materials, and providing high-quality contributions for key regional BD initiatives, including bid documents and case studies.
  • Working in partnership with the Support Services team to execute exhibition, sponsorship, and conference programs, supporting creative realization, brand and service line positioning, content, and outreach.
  • Leading interactions with agencies and other third parties, advocating for consistency and accurate brand representation.
  • Building a solid network with colleagues across all business areas, functions, and regions.
  • Providing leadership (as needed), direction, mentoring, and guidance to other team members.
  • Demonstrating a strong interest in industry knowledge and research, promoting awareness of key market and industry trends within the function to enhance thought leadership and content quality.
  • Benchmarking communication best practices, leading to recommendations for programs and content that achieve measurable improvements in employee and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exhibiting confidence and the ability to manage live reputational issues and communication strategies in a fast-paced environment.
