We have an attractive opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a reputable law firm, to start ASAP for a duration of up to 6 months +.

Our client, a reputable practice is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to assist the team due to an increase in workload. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice and work on a part-time basis, as well as be on hand to assist for at least 3 months, with potential to extend beyond that up to 6 months +.

The firm are happy to offer the role on a fully remote working basis.

Responsibilities

The Locum would assume responsibility for a varied commercial property litigation caseload consisting of a range of matters to include Commercial, and Landlord and Tenant disputes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' PQE
  • Experience handling busy caseloads of property litigation matters
  • Ability to hit the ground running from day one
  • IT Proficient and have your own laptop to work on remotely
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy, collaborative team
