Randstad C&P are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Site-Based Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, handling a variety of tasks with a focus on general building upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of general maintenance, including repairs and preventative tasks.
- Perform minor electrical work, such as lighting repairs and socket replacements.
- Address plumbing issues as needed.
- Perform flooring repairs and installations.
- Clean and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the reliability of equipment and systems.
- Repair and maintain walls, including painting and patching.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition City & Guilds qualification is essential
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience in plumbing, flooring, general building repairs, and minor electrical work
- Familiarity with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work if required
