You will work on area development plans by:
- Supporting production by solving process issues
- Driving process development projects, reviewing and reporting updates
- Identify, implement and monitor all process control measures
- Drive continuous improvement across the departments
- Identify cost reductions and implement strategies accordingly
- Adhere to all quality standards
- Drive health and safety standards across the site
- Liaise across internal departments to drive company objectives
