Credit Control

Reed accountancy have recently partnered up with a business who are looking for a temporary credit controller to join their busy team. Ideally someone who has had previous credit control experience but would consider someone with an office administrator background.

This is an immediate start position and will be based full time from the office initially with the possible option to go fully remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • that telephone calls are dealt with in an efficient and appropriate manner and record actions on the computer record.
  • To run all case management solution workflows
  • all correspondence directed to you is dealt with in an efficient and appropriate manner.
  • that you carry out all necessary procedures required in respect of each item that is generated to your "To Do" list and those matters transferred by the clerks on a daily basis.
  • that you chase particular aged debts in a fair and even manner and record actions on the case.
  • that you monitor fee collection on a weekly basis through payment summaries.
  • that all feedback both positive and negative is recorded in writing and passed to the Chambers' Director immediately upon receipt.
  • that Chambers is marketed at every possible occasion.
  • that you remain up to date with all necessary training which is necessary for you to carry out your duties to the highest possible standard.
  • that various tasks that are requested by superiors from time to time are undertaken efficiently and effectively.
  • that you are contactable out of hours in an emergency.
