As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that goods are assembled to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a fast-paced and forward-thinking organisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Following assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
- Inspecting finished products for defects and reporting any issues to the team.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in assembly, furniture fitting/ DIY projects/ carpentry or using Hand and Power Tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
