**Business Development & Partnerships Manager (Business Retreats and Wellness Events)

Working on an initial part-time (c 10 hours a week) 12 month contract (through a Ltd Company), we're seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager who lives in or around the Brighton Area to help shape and sell one of the UK's most exciting wellness events — a flagship conference that brings together premium brands, conscious consumers, and thought leaders redefining the future of wellbeing.

Are you:

  • A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
  • Passionate about wellness, conscious business, and purposeful work
  • Emotionally intelligent, values-led, and highly driven
  • Driven, bold, creative, and not afraid to reach out or pitch big ideas
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in B2B & B2C sales, partnerships, or events is essential. Training is provided.

**What You'll Be Nurturing in New Business

Our upcoming wellness conference is a premium, immersive event designed to:

  • Spotlight high-end brands in skincare, supplements, fitness, nutrition, and mindful living and business.
  • Bring together a curated audience of conscious consumers, health leaders, and cultural changemakers
  • Feature transformative experiences — from panels and workshops to product activations and live demonstrations

You'll be inviting brands to participate in ways that elevate their visibility, values, and customer engagement.

Operations day to day

  • Research and approach premium wellness, lifestyle, and sustainability brands across the UK
  • Pitch sponsorships and brand activations for our flagship wellness and business event
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with marketing and brand decision-makers
  • Collaborate with our founder on creative partnership concepts and new revenue streams
  • Hit clear KPIs — without losing the personal, human touch
  • Be part of a passionate, purpose-led team creating something meaningful
